President Barack Obama will announce on Monday a six-year plan to revamp the
United States’ aging roads, railways and runways with a $50 billion up-front

Insurance Regulators Hire Blackrock For CMBS
Review -
NEW YORK, Sept 3 (Reuters) – The National
Association of Insurance Commissioners has
hired Blackrock (BLK.N) to expand an
assessment of risky debt held by insurers to
commercial mortgage-backed securities, the
NAIC said late on Thursday. The review of
more than 7,00O CMBS holdings follows an
effort last year on residential debt,
completed by Blackrock rival Pacific
Investment Management Co.
